Critical: Quality
Wife brought our gecko in for not eating. He looked deathly. Vet downplayed it and said he had a calcium deficiency and some sort of plug. Didn't seem too worried about the 4 week plus no eating gecko. Well, our little friend just died. Syringe feeding calcium wasn't effective. Terrible.

Positive: Responsiveness
Neels treated my dog but would not return my calls when my dog started getting worse. I called Brookwood and a human actually answered the phones, treated me nice, and got Buddy in immediately. Sadly, it was too late for the beautiful boy. I just want to thank the people here for their compassion.

Great vet to go to. I have shell children (turtles) and I normally use another vet, they are out of town so I came here for the first time. Great service, professional, knowledgeable, patient and take time to explain what's going on with your family member. Highly recommend and will most definitely use them again. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

My pup and I were in town visiting my daughter and her family when an ear infection reoccurred that my dog had been treated for at home. This office was so kind to see my dog and to treat her. I was so thankful to be able to have someone check my dog. I was blown away that they made time to see her on a Friday afternoon. Thank you so much for your kindness, compassion and treatment. They will definitely be my go to when I’m in the area!
