A long-standing member of the Ohio Association of Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Mr. Chappars has successfully represented clients in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, products liability, and insurance bad faith litigation, having tried in excess of 100 jury trials to verdict and argued twice before the Ohio Supreme Court.
Mr. Chappars has been a trial lawyer in the greater Dayton, Ohio area for over 38 years. Graduating Salutatorian from Beavercreek High School in 1970, Mr. Chappars went on to graduate from Duke University cum laude in 1974, and the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1978.
