I was very happy with the experience buying my tires from Mitchem, but even happier when they took care of me years later! Woke up to find out I had driven over a razor blade (???) that wrecked my tire. You always expect the worst, but Steve and the guys at Mitchem hooked me up with a new tire and at a very minimal cost! I highly recommend shopping with Mitchem…they’re local and will be here to take care of you when you have trouble. 5 stars!

I went to get tires only 2 and I called the day before for a quote she told me 200 with taxes and everything included. I was shocked I even asked are you sure because that was a great price and she answered yes. so I made an appointment for today went and got them. everything went smooth didn’t mind waiting longer then what they said because it was nice out. They finished my van look nice and get to the register to pay he says 249 so I pull my card out and ask why so much I was quoted 200 and his answer was it’s 249 I’m like yeah but she said 200 and she even interrupted us talking and said

Was looking for a new place to service out personal vehicles. Cannot get an appointment for tire rotation. Dropped off my truck at 8:15 am and went home to pack up for vacation.
Had not heard from anyone at 11:00 so I had the wife drop me off. Thought that they might be about done. They had not even started on it. I told them that we were leaving and needed it back. Told them I would have to reschedule. They told me that I was next. 40 minutes later we headed out. This helps me figure out where to get new tires. Not going to be buying them here.

2 thumbs up!! I needed an ID/OD inspection for tags. After 2 other inspection sites, Midas and Pep Boys, shot me down, basically as I walked in the door, "We don't have time", Mitchem Tire & Wheel, on S Campbell, was courteous, sensitive to my needs, and did my inspection right away. (UPDATE BELOW) It’s a Saturday and the John Deer dealer is closed. My John Deer yard trailer valve stem broke so my Saturday was looking unproductive. I came to Mitchem and the gal at the counter was one of the most customer service oriented people I’ve dealt with (my wife says I’m always analyzing customer service in a critical manner so that’s saying something). To top things off their top mechanic came out of the shop and said, “do you want me to fix that?” I replied yes and he took it back to the shop. I left with a Dr Pepper in hand (which was a positive customer service story
