Connections Counseling is by far the best place I have ever been to for therapy and treatment. My therapist is insightful, inspiring, relatable and very knowledgeable. She encourages me to look within myself for strength and wisdom while she is there to help me. I now have 1.5 years of sobriety under my belt and have confidence in the future
The groups are a place of safety and comfort. The staff aswell as the peers are relatable, inspiring and encouraging. Kim is the most uplifting person you will ever come across in recovery. Smart move to have her be the first person you deal with at Connections

Connections counseling is a safe place that offers hope when you feel hopeless. It is one of those rare environments that provides professional care and a big hug at the same time. It is a safe place to recover because the people there are not just doing a “job” they truly care about you as a valuable human being. Connections has become like a second family to me!

Connections saved me after I tried so many different approaches to getting sober and healthy. The counseling, support groups, Intensive Outpatient Program, Mentorship Program, and fun sober events have literally changed my life. I'm a different human than I was back in 2018 when I came to Shelly in crisis. It truly is all about connections when one is trying to change one's life.

Connections Counseling truly saved my life! Every single staff member has shown an amazing amount of support and dedication towards helping me and everyone else that attends achieve our goals. The sober events they host have tremendously helped me learn how to navigate living in a sober society. I owe my life to Connections and their amazing counselors.

Plain and simple- Connections saved my life! I have had nothing but positive experiences as a client and mentor at Connections. Shannon (my therapist) has been amazing. Brooke (my 15 year old daughters therapist) has made an awesome connection with my daughter- I trust Brooke completely! The IOP program was great- it jump started my recovery after a relapse during quarantine in 2020. I was referred to the Recovery Foundation when I couldn’t afford my insurance deductible and I received funding that allowed me to continue my treatment. Whenever I ask for help, Connections Counseling has been there

They told me to go elsewhere when there were plenty of openings. I feel betrayed by their word to help those in need. They didn't even give me the decency of an in person meeting. Just a simple email at 9 pm on a Sunday telling me I am not good enough for them. They know there are not many programs like the one I was seeking and that leaves people out in the cold. Watch me shiver.
