I put Dr. Lima on the highest pedestal that you could have. I have been a client for years and able to be seen conveniently every time. Last Monday I came in crying with excruciating pain, not able to sit or… stand, unable to move my left arm or turn my neck. He saw me immediately with no wait and was able to give me temporary relief with managing my pain 3X weekly thereafter. He pays close attention to details because not only did he confirm what he suspected, he also saw more issues and was able to refer me to the right Specailist for help. His staff was great too. Our family has seen Dr. Lima since he had a single office way back in the day. He and his entire staff are extremely friendly, appointments are on time and not rushed, and the work they do is great. Their office also treats you as a person, and not just a number. Their billing practices are how ALL doctor's offices should be, especially when treating multiple family members at once. Highly, highly recommended!
