Smart, dedicated employees who all understand what it is we're trying to do here. New, young hires have brought a breath of fresh air to the agency, and there seems to be a collective desire by all to push creative boundaries - both with the work as well as the culture. People here genuinely seem to care about making progress and affecting change, which is a huge plus. Overall, a great agency that knows who it is and is ready to move to the next level.
