The Nelson Stark Company specializes in all aspects of commercial and industrial plumbing, serving both the greater Cincinnati and Greater Dayton areas. Our capabilities range from major hospital projects and research facilities, to commercial developments and educational facilities. The Nelson Stark Company specializes in all aspects of commercial and industrial plumbing. Our capabilities range from major hospital projects and research facilities to commercial developments and automotive plants. We have extensive experience in all traditional plumbing systems as well as medical gas and acid waste.
In order to maximize our efficiency and create extra schedule float for the general contractor's we opened a 10,000 square foot pre-fabrication facility. This facility allows us to construct carrier banks, plumbing drops, and other repetitive tasks in a controlled environment. These systems are fabricated as soon as the submittals have been approved and the appropriate measurements can be confirmed.
During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical trades. The Nelson Stark Company has invested heavily in technology and innovations over the years to become a leader in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) area.
The Nelson Stark Company's specialty service division was created to compliment our commercial plumbing division. This division leverages our existing experience and vast resources in the plumbing industry to deliver high quality service at competitive pricing. The specialty service division is comprised of a staff of highly trained, licensed journeyman plumbers using the latest technology and tools to provide service when needed.
