Brad brings 20 years of construction experience with him. He has a bachelors degree in Construction Management from BGSU. He started as a laborer quickly moving up to a carpenter before graduating and becoming a project manager. Do not use Jemm Builders. I had numerous meetings with , Michael E. Boerner, REALTOR New Home Sales Consultant with JEMM Construction, LLC. I wasted hours of my time going over things that were meniscal but he made insurmountable. I am the owner of Thomas Builders, I have been in the business for 35 plus years. I just got finished building a beautiful home in conjunction with Pro-built homes. When starting to work with Jemm Builders, I had a print drawn up and a piece of land bought and ready to build upon. The JEMM team built our new home in 2019. They worked with us to find a lot we loved and helped make such a stressful process much easier. Josh and Tracy help bring our vision to life while sticking within our budget. The quality is also top notch, things that are normally upgrades with other builders are standard with Jemm. I cannot say enough good things about JEMM Construction. We came to them with a house we designed and had already had an architect draw up. They turned those plans into a home that was even better than we imagined. They worked with our architect on a few things that needed changed to be at their standard. We knew that while building home that we were going to come across delays, problems or mix-ups...but the few that we encountered were addressed quickly, efficiently and extremely fairly.
