We recently had a full bathroom installed in our finished basement by Lost Pond Construction. We were very pleased with the process and the result! Jeff Tortorea was great to work and explained the process very well. Lisa Lynn developed 4 different floor plans for us to look at and modified them as we explained our needs. She also was very helpful in assisting us in selecting flooring, fixtures etc. The crew that did the installation were reliable, efficient and did excellent work. They finished the bathroom in 9 days. Just as important to us was the fact that Jeff and Lisa were so accessible!

Complete lack of communication.
We contracted Lost Pond to add a 3 season room and deck onto our new home. We also asked them to do a few smaller interior jobs. Jeff was great initially but then became silent and unprofessional. He made several mistakes that he never owned up to. Constantly passed the blame onto us or the vendors he asked us to use. The subs he used were never instructed on the odd interiors jobs. If I hadn’t have been home they would have installed our backsplash tile vertically instead of horizontally. They installed our front storm door swinging the wrong way. Unfortunately

Lisa and Jeff did a great job of listening to me as to what I wanted in my long awaited remodeling of my kitchen. Both responded to my emails in a timely and efficient manner. They gave me wonderful drawings and beautiful options for my countertops and cabinets. Both warm and friendly people. After several months of decision making and three other contractors, I have gone with another company in Madison. Upscale and attractive operation. I wish them well and hope 2021 is a good year for them.
