Our appointment with Khris Leach was a horrible experience. When we first arrived he was on his phone texting stating "I have to respond to this". While my husband & I began to open up he continued to glance at his watch several times then after about 20 minutes into our session he took his cell phone out of his pocket & began texting. I informed him of how unprofessional and rude his behavior was & that he was not respecting us as his patients. My husband and I proceeded to end the visit & walked out. He stated he had some family things going on that he had to respond to. He should have canceled

I would never do business with this company ever again. They asked for a card to be put on file to charge for each session, which I happily obliged to, little did I know they were going to debit money from my account for services I didn’t receive.
My therapist scheduled 8 appointments, something I never asked him to do, nonetheless he said they were tentatively scheduled, implying things could change without hindering us, the paying customer.
Our therapist canceled on us three consecutive weeks in a row and one one occasion he changed our appointment time an hour before we were scheduled to

I very much recommend Ashley with Armstrong Family Counseling. She is one of the greatest mental health professionals I’ve ever come to find! Unfortunately, some insurance (mine) is not taken which really is a whole different subject! We won’t go there. If your insurance or finances work out to see Ashley, I highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about Matt. He has helped my family and I through some very hard times. My daughter was once a victim and now because of Matt she is a fighter!! Very easy to talk to,… compassionate about his work, and just an overall great person. If you need or are thinking about going to therapy this is your man!!! I can not thank him enough for everything he has done.
