Critical: Responsiveness
Who is not responsive in this review are not the technicians but the owner, Thomas Kane. Email, text, phone calls are all ignored when trying to get money back that is owed us from this company. I'm sorry to be writing this but PLEASE check references (and not the ones they give you!) The accounting is HORRIBLE.

While we experienced wonderful service initially that lulled us into a sense of complacency, I encourage you to carefully review all credit card charges made on your account by this company if you choose to give them your credit card number. We have had significant issues and it is my understanding that multiple other practices have as well

Miyako is always exceptional. We’ve been going for over 6 years and have never had a bad meal. Sushi is always fresh-tasting (salmon anything is our favorite). Steak hibachi is our new favorite with tender, flavorful always cooked to perfection steak. The shrimp tempura is always our appetizer. We go weekly- almost religiously.

Clint, did a really great job installing our VOIP phones initially and is genuinely a very personable guy and the reason I switched to Keep IT Simple. Laura, most recently did a really great job with Cornerstone Backups working on a problem for 3 straight days and got the issue resolved and went above and beyond. Today, Rob spent a really long time today working on fixing our printer and working directly with HP to work towards getting a replacement printer. I could honestly feel how invested he was in getting the issue resolved. Keep IT Simple is an awesome IT company to work with.

Had to change my review. Although the service was great, the business aspect is horrible. We were over charged $25,000 on our credit card for duplicate charges and charges for quotes. We notified the owner and he assured us 5 months ago that he would correct and refund our money. 5 months later we have not heard anything from him. We are forced to turn over to legal and have found out that he has done this to other companies. Obviously we have switched vendors. Be AWARE if you use this company.. Do not give them your credit card number.. You will not get it back. Check your references with the

We recently had a power outage that caused our dental office to be completely down. Keep IT Simple had a technician walk us through getting our server back up within a few minutes and our problem resolved before our first patient arrived. They offer superior service every time! Over the last 10 years we have worked with several IT companies, but we never seemed to get anywhere with any of them. Being in the dental field you need all your equipment to work at all times, but unfortunately everything can’t always be perfect. We have had many positives experiences with Keep IT Simple. One of the instances that come to mind is when we moved offices. Keep IT Simple made the move so much easier. They worked with the contractors to make sure we had everything we needed as well as spent the whole moving day with us. They set each desk up so all we had to do was sit down and start working.
