Kaladi's

I’m in visiting from Augusta Ga , and I must say I loved it here . I got the ham bacon scramble panini with hash browns and it was sooo good . Everything was cooked to perfection . Also loved the mimosa . I definitely will be back when I visit again. Big thanks to Morgan. She was very nice and attentive .

Service was very good- food was pretty good but as our party was leaving we were standing partially in the 4ft wide walk way and the rest of us were on the outside of the walk way. A very large man walks up and yells "please move out of the walk way!" We did- my sister in law was standing on the edge of said walkway and the man turns around and YELLS at her and says "MOVE OUT IF THE WALKWAY!" Are you kidding me? This place has changed a lot since I was a student in town many years ago, but the change isn't necessarily a bad thing. While I do miss the small coffeehouse of years past, I enjoyed the large selection of food and beverage options now available.
Got a Thai chicken wrap for lunch. The wrap was great and I loved the different options for sides - not just chips! I had cottage cheese and someone else had fresh fruit. I know these aren't "special" by any means, but it's nice not to only have a salty option.
Service was fast and friendly. Will stop by again for a quick lunch

What a sweet little bistro. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and there was plenty of it. My table mates had some of their special coffee and loved it. I had their regular coffee and it was fine as well. The atmosphere was soft and quiet. A nice place to go to visit with friends and family.

We have been going here for about three years now and the place has been great. Food was great service was great. But today was completely different. The service started good and after we ordered...nothing no waitress no service. I actually had to go to the counter to get my water refilled and to pay my bill. The food well that was ok the toast was rock hard and old. The meal I had was not any where close to what it used to be. I see since the new owners took over it has really gone downhill.

I liked the food. I had a Garden of Eatin omelette with rye toast and a side of fruit. The toast could have been more toasted but the bread was good. Omelette tasted good. Latte was good. Service was slow and I think the waitress may have had too many tables. Maybe we got off on the wrong foot. I had to take my plate up to the counter to get a to go box and pay my bill. Really, I'd rate this place 3.7.

Walked in on a Friday morning over Labor Day weekend & was greeted by friendly staff. We were seated right away. Was impressed by their full coffee menu & ordered a mocha and a regular latte. Good flavor & came in little mugs.

The chicken fried steak breakfast plates were HUGE portions! Neither my husband nor I could finish our meals & we left stuffed! My husband almost always orders chicken fried steak (CFS) when he visits a breakfast restaurant, and he gave this one a "potential" score of "8.00" which is a pretty dang good! He said next time he would ask

First pic is of the Devine Swine. Bacon and sausage infused Belgium Waffle. I'm not a Belgium Waffle fan but I love bacon and sausage in syrup. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan. The bacon and sausage are in such small pieces that I really couldn't taste it at all. I'm caulking it up to, "It just wasn't my thing."
Second pic is of the apple cinnamon French Toast. My husband got it and wasn't in a sharing mood. 😆 🤣 😂

Food and coffee is good. We had a hot sandwich, a couple of cheesecakes, and a variety of their coffees. I especially like the red berry mocha. Service was a little slow and disjointed the day we were here or it might have gotten 5 stars.

Great breakfast, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff! Our breakfast was seasoned with a restrained hand, no salty breakfast bombs.

I ordered the clucker. A chicken sandwich on a biscuit. What I got was what appeared to be half of a chicken finger. Super disappointed with the quality.
It's been a few months since I've been there, and it seems they must have given up on quality.

Came here today at 2pm (it was lunch time in California) for lunch and it was totally empty. I got the veggie burger with fries, and my husband got the chicken cordon bleu with steamed veggies. As a long-time vegetarian, I can say with certainty that this is one of the top-10 veggie burgers I've had anywhere! What made it stand apart was the amazing bread, and the spinach artichoke dip they put on as sauce. It also held together really well, which not all black bean burgers do. Their french fries were also super crispy. Love! The server wore his mask but not all the employees did. Highly recommend

The food was absolutely amazing!!! We waited roughly 5 minutes for someone to come and seat us. The service from start to finish was horrible, there were 6 tables full and three wait staff, so not to busy for the staff. We were never checked on after we got our food and then had to find staff to ask what we needed. Recommend the food, just be ready to wait for everything!!

Amazing place to eat, the food was very good and very quick. Wait staff was very outgoing and genuinely helpful with determining what to eat at a place I'd never been before. Ill definitely go back and I'll recommend it to others!!

Service wasn't too bad, though she didn't ask if we wanted drink refills after repeated trips to take away our dishes. I'd say the food made up for it - Mac 'n Cheese & Mahi Fish Sandwich were delicious! My first visit & I instantly loved the place. The atmosphere & decor were casual yet elegant at the same time. You can rent the restaurant out for private parties I found out & it would be perfect for many occasions. Can't wait to bring the boyfriend next time!!

When you think Bistro you don't think Kaladi's. What I mean by that is... Kaladi's is a small place with an amazing diverse food choices and of course coffee house feel. I usually am not a fan of sandwiches and coffee but with the size portions here and the fresh ingredients I am hooked.

I am a huge fan of the chicken and waffles breakfast! I was very impressed with the size and the price!

My only critique is the amount of noise, I'm more of a quiet environment person. Will be back!

We stopped here after seeing some of the sites of Sioux Falls. This is a gem! Very nice place. I ordered the Johnny H sandwich. It was amazing! Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Try the Larry's Salmon(Ruben sandwich) wasn't sure of sauerkraut with Salmon bu it was great.
I have tried a lot of items on the menu and everything has been very good.

Good menu, good atmosphere. They do a nice job if straddling the line between "new age hippie dipper food" and "traditional American cuisine". Meaning they have a menu that is a little experimental (like the Dalton Hamburger which had cream cheese, ham, pickles etc on it) but also you can find regular traditional food too (I.e. they will make you a basic cheeseburger too).

Stopped in for an iced tea and a snack. My daughter's fries were hot and delicious and the salmon baguette appetizer was perfect. Our waiter was great - attentive without being annoying.
I hadn't been here for ages, since back when it was more of a coffee bar. I'm looking forward to coming back on 1/2 price beer and burger night!

Quite impressed with this restaurant though did dock a star as thought the service could've been better. Seemed as if the waitress, though nice and accommodating, was inattentive to some extent.

That said will likely give this restaurant another chance as the food was particularly good. Had essentially the bacon cheeseburger with a side salad. Lettuce and tomato for the burger seemed fresh. The burger meat tasted great and seemed as if was hand formed but not thick.

Kaladi's does a great job for breakfast. Most people don't know that they serve breakfast.
They actually have breakfast specials from 8-9am during the week and they are priced at $3.99 each.
Healthy meals and not large portions. Great size at $3.99. I don't go away hungry. Ever.

My favorite is the 2 egg ham and egg scrambled plate with 1 slice of toast. $3.99.

Sometimes I even order the French toast breakfast at $3.99 AND the ham and egg scramble. Hahaha. Then I'm really too full.

Either on special or not on special the taste is great and the service is even better.

I just moved to Sioux Falls from Los Angeles last month and their Java is just heavenly! Not to mention the awesome service I received. Buy stock in this business because I'm definitely gonna make it my regular daily stop!
