Brian was so amazing! His pricing is fair! Everybody in the office (his wife and Zack) were extremely helpful as well. If we ever need representation again, Brian will be our guy!

Great experience working with Brian. I have worked with him twice now first for a DUI then with a custody battle. He gets the job done and does it well. Hopefully I won't be in need of attorney help again but if I do I'll be going back to Brian.

I received a reckless driving citation several years ago, and needed representation and help in court because I was in over my head. As his son, I was more than fearful of Brian's reaction to my mistake and needing legal help. I will never forget the amount of compassion and positivity he had, in light of the situation. Over the years, I've seen countless clients go in and out of his office, and I finally understood and recognized the smile on each of their faces after they met with Brian. He just "get's it". Brian puts himself wholly in his client's shoes; and enters into each case with compassion

Brian Duce helped me and my family with a complicated family business issue. Brian showed professionalism and made sure to return all of my (many) phone calls and answer any questions I had. Most importantly, he helped us get the outcome we wanted. I can't thank Brian enough.

Brian helped me through my divorce in 2000 and also through a custody battle for my son in 2005. We won both cases and I was able to keep my house and still have custody of my son to this day. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. Brian made me feel like I was an important client and a friend. If I ever need legal guidance in the future on family matters I would definitely see Brian again.

My husband and I have been working with Brian for a few months now and are very happy with the work he has done. Brian has continually shown that he genuinely cares about the outcome of our case and our emotional and financial well being at the same time. He has provided us with many opportunities to save money when it comes to tasks that we could do on our own, instead of paying him to do them for us. I was hesitant to work with a lawyer in the beginning because I had this idea that lawyers in general were just working for money and didn't really care about the people they worked with. Brian has

Ok lawyer, however doesn't bill accurately. We closed my custody case in May 2005 had paperwork that everything was paid in full. Over a year later I receive another bill for $107. I contacted him for the first time in over a year I still don't know what the bill is for, but I was told to pay it or it would be sent to collections. So watch your wallet.
