We are a full service general construction firm employing our own group of union carpenters and laborers. We continually look for carpenters at the beginning of their career so we can teach them the 'Droste' way of building. It's an inherent benefit to have our own work force working with their eyes open to the entire project, not just focusing solely on their task.

Because we do a good deal of our work in the presence of our clients and their employees, we stress to both our employees and subcontractors to always be courteous, clean, and safe. When JDS Masonry, Inc. decided to build a new office building, we chose AL Droste & Sons Construction to head the project as the general contractor. Their knowledge of construction is second to none. Droste's reputation of honesty and integrity gave me peace of mind through the whole building process.
This was not my first home remodeling project, but my first in St Charles. From my first encounter with Droste Construction to the end, everyone was very professional. To me, this was a big project, but not to Droste, yet they respected my anxiousness and courteously answered my many questions. Nate, Jeff, and their crew were always responsive.

A few months ago, our basement flooded. Droste & Sons installed new drywall, a sump pump, and subcontracted the flooring. Since we've owned the home, they are the third construction company we've worked with — and easily the best! They're honest, gave us good advice, and paid attention to detail. My wife and I would hire them again for another project.
