Joe Giordano is a lifelong resident of Delaware. He attended Salesianum High School (1990), the University of Delaware (B.S. 1994) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 2000). After graduating from law school, Joe became a Deputy Attorney General with the State of Delaware where he prosecuted criminal cases in the Justice of the Peace, Court of Common Pleas and Superior Court.
A founding partner in the law firm, Dade Werb was born in Hillside, New Jersey. He graduated magna cum laude from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida in 1988, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in business. In 1991, he received his law degree from the Delaware Law School in Wilmington, Delaware.
David C. Gagne is a partner in the firm of Giordano, DelCollo, Werb & Gagne, LLC, concentrating in the area of family law. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 1988 and his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Widener University School of Law in 1992.

They apparently somebody named Dave is an attorney at this law firm. I was told by the receptionist today that she’s one of the partners. I have been contacting this gentleman for over a month trying to get him to set up a zoom meeting with my love one so he has permission to talk to me about his case. No response, every time I get a response is that he’s going to set up a zoom meeting and has not yet set up a zoom meeting. I emailed the law firm, I called the law firm and leave multiple messages. And I’m told that he’s in court majority of the day. Yet, setting up a zoom meeting for one

Contacted during my shopping for a real estate attorney. Receptionist asked for address and then said it's not in their system. Confused as I'm not a client yet so I can only assume she meant she can't find my address?
Me: "I'm not sure I know what you mean?" Her: "I guess I'm not sure what YOU mean cause you're not making any sense." Me: *laugh* … "Ok, I'll contact another firm, thanks."
This is literally the exchange we had, there was no build up, no escalation. Just pure rudeness.
If this is how they treat people, I want no business with them.

No return phone calls and once I finally got him to answer my call (after I left 4 messages, sent 1 email and was transfer to another of their own clients who was also holding) there was clearly very little interest in helping. I suppose it was because I was using a legal plan but I still expected better.
