I went to an open house in August and met Sandy Bishop of Advon Real Estate. I had a lot going in August and September and told her I was not yet ready to jump in. Sandy was patient with me which to me made a huge difference. Fast forward to mid-October and hubby and I were ready to dive into the search process. Thankfully Sandy passed the important test of meshing well with hubby. Over a couple of weekends there were some good homes and some that were questionable. We missed one we really liked and were told the owner would not budge on another (even though their agent agreed it was over

Working with Genevieve was an absolute dream. She is the epitome of a professional and her knowledge of the Northern Virginia market is downright impressive. When I contacted her to sell my house, she had data on my specific market back to me within hours. It helped me price my house right (and WAAAAY higher than I thought it could be!). All correspondence after that was darn-near immediate and everyone in her office was obviously on the top of their game. She had good relationships with a number of other vendors who helped us get our house ready to sell. She even let us use some of her own artwork
