Services
We created the name Better U Dining to place the focus on you, our customers. It is a better dining experience that offers healthful choices and natural juices in addition to our authentic Jamaican cuisine and vegan options. Our menu is kid-friendly. We offer various types of burgers including our bran burger that contains bran flakes for more nutrition.
Very good, authentic Jamaican food. We arrived an hour before closing and were the only customers there but they treated us very kindly and respectfully. I loved the simple, relaxed, cozy atmosphere, with lots of Jamaican colors and decor, and music. Our food came out hot and so delicious. We didn't order dessert this time because we were so full, but maybe next time.

It is very unfortunate that I have to give this place a 1 star rating as I really want my local businesss to be successful; regretfully, I went to this establishment for lunch today. We dined in, and ordered codfish cakes, Latino fish, and oxtail with rice and peas . The appetizer was sent back because it was mainly batter and not a sign of fish present. The main dishes arrived shortly after and was prepared and presented nicely. The server was very cordial, but this was not enough to help me get past the disappointment of being served luke warm tap water, and sitting in an uncomfortably hot dinning

My family and I had the pleasure of eating here. The ambiance was nice and clean. We ordered oxtails w/ rice and cabbage, beef patties and wings. There was a slight wait but it was assurance that our meal was being cooked to order. Everything was delicious. The servers were attentive and aimed to please. We will definitely visit again when we are in the Kissimmee area.

I had the pleaser to eat dinner here with my family and oh boy was it good. I never eat rice and beans but I did this day and it was worth it. They are very friendly and very very clean establishment. My girl and I had oxtails with cabbage and rice and beans and got my money worth. Please stop by if you are visiting the Kissimmee area. This my spot when I am visiting here. Great job guys and thank you all for being so nice to my family and I. Keep up the good work.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been ordering Fruit Cake from Better U Dining for a few years for my home and my sister’s home and they never seem to last up to Christmas… they are that good! Yum! This year my sister added a few extra for gifts and some are not even going to make it to the gift box. 🤦🏻♀️. They are moist and delicious. My brother in law and sister can’t get enough of it and it’s gone in a few days at my house. Next year it’s staying boxed and in the car till the week of Christmas! I’m including a pic of one that made it to the gift box.

With not very many options around for good Jamaican food this place is just ok. I think they are over priced, and I bought a bottle of what I was told was home made fruit punch that turned out to be actually Kool aid, I KID YOU NOT, it was also quite the sugar rush goes straight to your blood stream. The lady who cashed me out tried to get me to buy one start fruit for two dollars, it was quite an odd experience. Their vegan dish isn't bad but this spot isn't a must stop or worth me driving out of my way to get there.

I visited with a group of friends for lunch and found the place completely empty. This was surprising because we really enjoyed our visit and food!
The four of us ordered the vegan sampler and Clem's jerky chicken along with sides of mac n cheese and sweet plantains ($41 total). The entrees were definitely shareable and delicious! We basically finished all of it! Only other thing to mention is that there are only four small slices of the sweet plantains ($3), so it's not filling as an adult side, but I think they'd make a great snack for kids!

but because there's nothing like the aroma, and essence of home. The cuisine that is from the West Indies, offers a blend of rich flavors like no other. The fresh ingredients, and the freshest of spices (much that are from Jamaica) makes every meal a mouth watering festivity of flavors.

Has the Best Snapper fish I have ever taste in my life . I get it fried and it taste soooo flavorful. If it was up to my husband we would eat here every day. The food is like a good home cooked meal. The customer service is by far the best. Please visit

I ALWAYS pass this place when I go to get my haircut and never walked in, until today and I am glad I did. They were hosting a customer appreciation day(just my luck!). The food was FANTASTIC and the customer service BEYOND exceptional. The ambiance transformed me to the islands. Great music; island juices and deserts. I'm definitely coming back for more, and I recommend you come as well!!

I placed an order over the phone for all my coworkers and it was a bad experience from the moment I got to the restaurant. My order was placed at 11am and they told me that all my food would be done in 30 mins. When I arrived there at 11:30 the door to the restaurant was still closed and they hadn't started making my food yet. When they finally opened the door the said they would have my food done in 20 mins but that quickly turned into an hour, not only was the service at the restaurant very poor, but the food quality was not good at all there was a hair in my eggs as well as a bunch of soggy

I cabt remember last time I left a restaurant so unsatisfied. Ordered the "only" dine out $4.99 lunch -the portion was a joke honestly. It was put in the container that u would use as a "left over". In addition it took almost 25 min. Horrible and waste of money?!!! Plz note --meat there was barely any meat. I ended up stopping at the Mediterranean rest next door and had completely the opposite experience.

I love this place. Was visiting in Orlando with a friend from the west coast for 4th of July weekend when we came across this place... Yes, its already October and they're that good that I still remember and now that I decide to start writing reviews.. They deserved to be the first.
They were open 4th of July and even though there's only me and my friend were the only customers they made the dishes from scratch and it was so good!
Customer service is chill and friendly.
