Experience matters if you are facing criminal charges. When the outcome of your case has the potential to damage your future, it is vital to work with an attorney who knows the system and Texas criminal statutes. Investing in a knowledgeable criminal defense lawyer can minimize the impact of misdemeanor and felony convictions, allowing you to pursue opportunities without unnecessary restrictions.
The stakes are high when the police charge you with a criminal offense, which can make it difficult to focus on facts and procedures when handling this legal matter. Whether you face allegations of drunk driving, committing a drug crime or participating in another illegal act, partnering with a qualified lawyer can help navigate the criminal process and secure an effective remedy.
Although defendants are innocent until proven guilty within the criminal justice system, the court of public opinion does not always presume innocence in criminal matters. If the police arrested you for allegedly committing a violent crime, your reputation can suffer lasting damage before your trial begins.
Although other states in the U.S. are loosening restrictions on marijuana use, Texas has not followed this trend. Texas penalties for drug violations are among the most severe in the nation, and judges take a hard line when determining sentences for defendants. If you are facing a drug charge in Collin County or Dallas County, this is not the time to navigate the criminal process alone.
Texas law enforcement officers act aggressively to reduce drunk driving accidents in Collin County and Dallas County. If you have been charged with a DWI, DUI or another alcohol violation, it is important to take these charges seriously. When the police are talking to you, you should be contacting The Law Office Of H. Alex Fuller, PLLC, in McKinney.

I was concerned about what would come of my court case but knowing Alex was working it put me at ease. He worked for 2 years on my case that ultimately ended in a dismissal. As soon as the case was dismissed Alex imeadity started work on getting it expunged. Obviously every case is different and no one can guarantee what the court will do, but if you want knowledgeable representation fighting in your corner, I would highly suggest you hire Alex. Or don't, but then don't blame me.

I had an amazing experience using Attorney Hugh. I was unaware of a Identity theft indictment case over 10 years ago. Got arrested, post bond. 30 days later Attorney Hugh filed a motion of dismissal. We went before the judge for maybe 5 minutes, case dismissed. I've shared this experience with several people whom stated I had a good Attorney which I agree. More importantly, considering I don't know anything about criminal activities, Attorney Hugh communicated with me regularly, keep me informed what his intentions were in reference to getting this resolved. I was very nervous about this case but
