I will be honest and say the first half of this process was very smooth. No issues what so ever. Post bankruptcy, not so much.
I spent the better half of a month trying to reach the paralegal (Brandy) by calling, leaving voicemails and sending emails to no avail. Once I was finally able to get ahold of her, she says “oh are you the one with ____?” Which is very telling considering what I mentioned in the sentence before.
It took 2 months for information to be sent over to the proper parties which has of course held me up and set me back tremendously. I was later told by her that she’s helping

My attorney is Nathan Gooden and his paralegal is Kendall Gooden. Everyone from the pre-filing coordinator to the attorneys were absolutely amazing. Everyone was empathetic to my situation. Bree the coordinator for Redman Ludwig P.C, was extremely helpful, informative, knowledgeable, responsive, and her willingness to help was extremely refreshing! Mr. Gooden's sense of humor helped get through the unpleasantness of filing for bankruptcy. He was able to help me when I thought I had no other options left. I hadn't got chance to speak with his paralegal much, other then through email.

I had put off doing a bankruptcy for a while. The biggest issue was the cost. I was put at ease by my attorney, Tim Fox . With most companies the cost to do the bankruptcy and the filing fees all have to be paid in advance however Redman Ludwig allows you to do a payment plan that is more than reasonable. I went in and my bankruptcy was filed with the court within a few days. His paralegal Brandy Sears, walked me through everything I needed and reassured me when I was feeling nervous that everything will be ok. Every member of the staff that worked with me I thank you. I'm sure that I looked at bankruptcy like most people embarrassed. But this firm didn't look down on me. Once I got the courage to call I wished I would of called a long time ago.From start to finish everybody in this firm I talked with didn't pressure me.They also take payments.I called several others before here and this is where I landed.This experience was as easy as 123. You won't go wrong going with this firm. And the price was better then all the others we called.

While I didn’t get what I wanted for my chapter 7. I would like to state that Brandy is the best person on earth I’ve ever met. She is compassionate, sweet, and highly responsive. She shares in pains and just understands you. She is an encourager and has a way of calming the situation. The firm is BLESSED to have her. She is the reason for my 4 stars.
