Before you use this firm, definitely research what lawyer you are getting. Fees upon fees upon fees, and gaining nothing that I couldn't do myself. I can't afford to change lawyers and I have no recourse. My divorce should have been so simple, and now it has been complicated beyond repiar, with no one advocating for my children or me. I would look elsewhere.

From the friendly office staff and meeting with Chris Casserly, I have been very happy with my representation. This has been a upsetting time going through a divorce but I felt that I was in good hands with this firm. Would recommend.

This agency will take a simple uncontested divorce and drag it out for months to collect fee after fee.
Send them an email to ask what is taking so long and it will cost your between $50 and $100.

The additional problem is that other divorce lawyers probably do the same. There is no recourse. You can't fight them because they are their own judges. Thieves judging thieves.

Try to use a mediator.

Terrible experience, I hired them to represent me in a divorce, and also accompany me to a PFA hearing. My lawyer showed up 45 minutes late. I put a down payment of $1,250 towards the divorce and pfa... the lawyer representing me did nothing more than answer a few basic questions, exchanged emails with the opposing attorney , 3 weeks into the proceedings I was told my initial payment was used up and I received a bill for $5,900!!!! I lost all of my belongings at my residence and was continually pushed around by my ex wife's lawyer ... do not use this firm

I recently had the pleasure of retaining the services of Gregorv P. LaMonaca's office. ~This experience came at the most difficult and upsetting time of mv entire life. I was terrified as I had spent over five years with lawyers that were bullied out of the courtroom and unable to assert mv position effectively in a custody matter involving a controlling ex husband. It had gone on for so long and I was so down that I felt there was nothing I could do to protect mvself and mv children from this never ending legal assault. Finally, in desperation, after wasting thousands of dollars I didn&apos
