To continue HRE's philosophy of saving their Clients money, HRE offers the homebuyer a program that pays the Buyer for using HRE as their Buyer's Agent. HRE's highly qualified, professional and experienced agent will meet with the Buyer and create a list of all of the parameters that a property must have to satisfy the Buyer's needs including area, price, size and other significant features.

I was a faceless voice on the phone simply calling about a rental for my daughter that it turned out was already rented. It would have been easy for the answering gentleman to simply hang up after that. Instead, he took time to discuss other rental options, talk about present conditions, and sent me an extensive MLS listing of units available from many other companies, where they obviously wouldn't make a dime. Turns out it was the broker/owner Fudgy, who is clearly a kind and decent human. My daughter wound up finding a place through that list. My strong impression is you're working with good
