I cannot say enough good things about T3 Fitness and about Julie in particular.
Not only is Julie an amazing personal trainer, but she has the absolute gift of helping even novices get excited about working out and improving their fitness and mobility in general.
I’ve enjoyed working out with Julie so much that even when our family relocated out of state, I was thrilled to be able to continue with Julie virtually!
Everyone at T3 is welcoming and professional, and just so obviously invested in helping you succeed, that I would encourage anyone to give them a try.

In the spring of 2012--I uncovered this gem of a fitness studio and I've never left. Almost 10 years later and T3 Fitness and Julie Edgar have ensured that my mind and body are functioning at optimum performance as I navigated my post-pregnancy body after my second child, and then the challenges that come with moving into our 40's and 50's. Julie has worked diligently with my husband and I to overcome minor injuries, our stress induced bodies from the pandemic and we trust her approach 100%. She's simply the best.

I have been going to T3 for 3+ years and I love it! Julie and her team of trainers are professionals who really care about their clients. The Fit Club (very small group) workouts are fun and challenging with a ton of variety so I don't get bored. The gym is clean and organized and they have lots of different equipment.

T3 is the BEST! I love my results from working one-on-one and the privacy and safety in the studio is perfect for me, even during Covid. (I sometimes do our appointments virtually, and that’s good, too)

So much value and quality training here! Love my T3 family I've grown in my knowledge and understanding of fitness, the human body, and exercises. I was inspired to become a personal trainer bc of Sandi and her studio. I was also able to have 2 fabulous active healthy pregnancy's while coming here. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU SIGN UP AT T3 FITNESS AND PREPAY FOR YOUR SESSIONS. I was there for 4 years before I had to stop due to a disability. There were 9 prepaid sessions left valued at $630. Sandi Vande Berg, the owner, refused to refund my money. She stated there are no refunds after 3 months. I texted back and forth for about 2 weeks with her stating she would definitely not refund my money. I had to contact my lawyer to get involved to resolve this issue. My lawyer contacted her stating the same reasons I had stated to her in texts; i.e., that she needs to return my money. Both I and my lawyer

I've been attending T3 for about 2.5 years now (long overdue on reviewing) and have had a wonderful experience since attending. Being new to the area at the time, T3's smaller class sizes (typically about 4-8 people were in my classes) gave me the opportunity to make friends quickly, along with keeping myself in shape (both wins in my book). The trainers here have created a space in which everyone is welcome--judgement free--and the clientele that the studio has attracted are very friendly and welcoming as well.

Haven't attended classes lately because of my awkward school/ work schedule, BUT I loved the classes here. Body Rock Abs and the Barre Pilates classes were really fun. They are always challenging which is exactly what you want from fitness classes...also Manisha and Sandi are both really fun & motivating instructors!

I heard about T3 from a friend who had heard about it from her friend. I am SO glad I did! The first class kicked my butt, but it gets easier! I went with friends and it ended up becoming a routine and a fun girls outing after awhile! The girl who taught (Manisha) was so nice and always went way out of her way to remember our names. Sandy was easy to communicate with about renewal of memberships, etc and always responded promptly. There was no "impersonal" feeling of a large gym and we actually looked forward to our Wednesday nights/Saturday mornings at T3. Very reasonably priced, fun

I think that this gym is on to something, but not quite there. *I only ever attended the fitClub classes, so I can't attest to barre or Pilates.
First, the space is VERY small. It's on the second floor of a multi-business building; there is a dentist office below so you are only allowed to do high impact moves (jumping, burpees, etc.) on 1/2 of the already small space.
The schedule offered is not great, and was ultimately the #1 reason why I stopped going.
Finally, the owner sells isagenix (& requires her trainers to too). So be ready to constantly hear sales pitches. It got really

It's hard to describe this gym because its not really a gym at all. You get to work closely with a personal trainer in a small group setting and using minimal equipment can get an awesome full-body workout. I've been going for about a month and don't think I'll ever return to the monotony of a large gym with classes that do the same workouts over and over. Sandy and the rest of the trainers know what they're doing. Check out their website and try your first class for free!!
