They won't take on the big guys. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back after speaking to an intake person for 20 minute. They only take on simple cases too look good. Cases requiring real effort or they are afraid may make them look bad in the "good ole boy" click, they wont take. Found a better law fir.

Mark Dix and his paralegals Brandon and Sophia went above and beyond for my case. I was rear-ended at a full stop while the other driver was going 40 mph. This resulted in whiplash, a concussion, neck injury that required surgery and countless hours of missed work, physical therapy and pain. The other drivers insurance and my medical insurance fought us tooth and nail but in the end all my medical was paid for and I got a good amount for pain and suffering. This attorney is awful. I wish I would have listened to the reviews on google warning not to hire his firm . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not hire these thieves . He is incredibly rude & the state needs to revoke his practice. He sat on my case for 3 months and did nothing . I was able to gather everything needed for my case in 2 days , he wasn't able to do that in 3 months. He placed on lien on my settlement after dropping him due to not working on my case, am disputing with the Virginia Bar. He also had a bad habit of cutting you off & talking over you.
