I'm Amanda and I'm a walking contradiction. My Enneagram 7 has me craving spontaneity but Capricorn Rising has me planning to a T. I'm an extrovert with introverted tendencies who borders between an ENFP and just plain ADD. I love colorful, bold imagery that exudes emotion but I also get a littler pitter-patter in my heart for crisp, clean lifestyle.
Dear Marlowe Maternity Sessions are a wonderful way to capture your growing family or the family you've finally completed. As the premier Houston Maternity Photographer, we pride ourselves on making you feel as radiant as you look and documenting the authentic connection between you and your loved (and little) ones.
Sessions are $195 total and include 5 minutes of session time and 5 hi-resolution digital files. A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is due to secure your session date and time. Session times are TENTATIVE and will be confirmed within 48 hours of your booking request.
You must allow up to an hour of flex time before and after your requested time slot to accommodate any adjustments needed by the Photographer due to weather and/or other scheduling factors.This special is good for up to 6 IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS but is recommended from children ONLY. Additional images can be purchased at a discounted rate.

Outdoor, natural light Family Sessions are a wonderful way to capture your crew in all their love and chaos. Our sessions embrace movement and fun-we never stop laughing, chasing sunlight, or letting your littles be little. We offer sessions in the beautiful Outdoors, in the privacy of your home, or in the comfort of our Studio-a curated space with natural light, boho accents, and beautiful neutral tones.
As an secondary educator, I pride myself on connecting with Seniors in a personal, authentic way so that each Senior Session is fun, relaxed, engaging, and original. From Houston to Katy to all high schools in between, Dear Marlowe is proud to serve as your High School Senior Photographer.
We offer a variety of package options specifically geared toward any and all graduating Seniors- from the "Mom, I REALLY don't want to take Senior Photos", to the "You want HOW MANY outfits for Senior Portraits?!" So if you're looking to capture your best year yet-whether it be Downtown, all around town, old town, or beyond-we'd be honored to bring your vision to life as your Houston Senior Photographer for the Class of 2022.

We did our pregnancy announcement photos with her and although it is too soon to get the final product back I am extremely pleased with Amanda’s work. She is a very knowledgeable photographer with an amazing studio setup. We will be returning for maternity photos in a few months.

We have done 2 mini sessions with Amanda - Mommy & Me and a Santa Mini and boy did she deliver with both! You may not think 10 minutes is enough time but it is for Amanda! She always gets the most unique shots and provides photos and memories that will last a life time! She is one of our favorite Houston photographers and cannot wait to book her again!

Amanda did both my maternity and newborn photos and wow, did she do amazing!! We are using a bulk of her photos and printing them to show in our cocktail hour space for our wedding. We couldn't be happier with the shots she was able to get during our sessions. She is great with direction, posing, and helping you feel natural in front of the lens. Her style closet is definitely the aesthetic I love and definitely what you would want if you love the boho / earthy vibes. I highly recommend. :)

Amanda is the BEST. She truly cares about what she does and capturing those special moments. Even made me love my maternity photos 😂 She also did my newborn and fall family photos. I didnt even think to use anyone else, she always comes through. And to be honest I just like her a lot and consider her a friend even after meeting her the first time. She is such a talent, she is warm and welcoming, laidback and still professional. Handles babies with ease and even stressed out moms (me). I adore you Amanda!

Amanda was absolutely amazing with our family photos! She had so much patience with our 4 crazy (and very young) kids and got so many beautiful shots that showcased their personalities! She has a true talent and such an amazing artistic eye and point of view! We are beyond thrilled with all of our pictures and I stop and smile every time I walk passed them up on our walls! We LOVE working with Amanda at Dear Marlowe Photography. She has done the newborn photos for both of my children and has done a couple of other family/holiday photo sessions for us and we have been completely satisfied each time. She is professional, responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. Amanda is a talented photographer who is able to capture those brief moments where everyone is smiling and enjoying each other (which is tough with little ones!!).

Amanda captured our new little family perfectly! She was so patient and easy to work with our schedule, which we definitely needed especially since we were first time parents who were still figuring life with a newborn. Amanda did an amazing job with our pictures! From the photo session to delivering our gallery! I could not stop looking at our pictures nonstop for about an entire week! Her work is incredible and her pictures speak for themselves! She made us feel very comfortable as well (being our first couple photo session ever). Anyone who is wanting photos, Amanda IS YOUR GIRL!
