CRIMINAL DEFENSE FEES are difficult to reduce to a schedule or chart - we do not offer anything like that in criminal cases. We also generally do not quote fees over the phone, as we feel it's important for an attorney and prospective client to meet, if at all possible.

With few exceptions, these steps apply in every case we take at The Ambeau Law Firm. State and federal prosecutions are different in some ways, I have focused on the state process below. MOTIONS RELATED TO CHARGES: There are a number of motions that can be filed at this stage, and before, that are designed to challenge some of the procedure and process ahead.
We prepare for a jury trial from the first day of our interview with you. Our representation is ever-focused on the plan of action to bring your case to trial and beat the prosecution - period. This is the only way to be effective, even if it is obvious in your case that a negotiated plea will more than likely be the outcome.

I hired Jarrett Ambeau for a negligent homicide! And the only time he came to see me was to receive my money. Afterwards, he always sent his associate. Jarrett Ambeau was not even at my sentencing court date, nor was he at any court date to argue for me. Also, my mother tried contacting him throughout my incarceration but never was able to contact him. I will never give me money to ANY lawyer again.

Mr. Ambeau met with me on short notice and was very informative on what options were available. There was no hard sell on his part or attempt to scare me with worst case scenarios, when I chose to retain him for my legal representation he was budget friendly and worked with me on payment timelines. Although there was a contract involved I had the distinct feeling a handshake with him was more binding than any contract. Hire the man! Jarret from start to finish was amazing. I cant say enough about him and his staff. From the very beginning he was very personable, I felt as if he understood my side of the case and he really put my mind at ease.
