Mike Norcia and his team at Integrated Copy Solutions are simply outstanding! I own a small business with modest copying needs, but I have used them as my copy service vendor for five years, and am absolutely thrilled with the service they have provided to me. They are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Every single interaction I have had with them has been positive. Scheduling service is a breeze, and their technicians are consistently prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend ICS to any local business who regularly uses copy machines.

We have used ICS for our copy machines for about 5 years; we get good service and they go out of their way to be fast. Once or twice we had a minor dispute about whether the problem was their machine or our network but they always gave us the benefit of the doubt and fixed it under our service contract.

If Yelp would allow no stars I would probably choose that.
If you or your business are looking for a maintenance company, my advise, consider A2Z or any other company that respects itself more than this one.
We have a maintenance agreement with them and there are a lot of accounting issues on their end. Some of the invoices are incorrect, wrong projects are being billed for orders ,made but other projects, and the worst thing is that they will put your account on Hold for any little reason and not come to service the equipment.
Unlike any normal company that allows 15 - 30 days to process invoices
