Services
Fairfax Dentists offer comprehensive services, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, implants and Invisalign(R). We also offer family dentistry and TMD/TMJ treatment. Drs. Chad and Pooja Kasperowski have been providing Fairfax and the surrounding area with skilled and experienced dental care since 2006.
Dr. Chad and Pooja Kasperowski and our staff provide knowledgeable, experienced dentistry and friendly, personal care. Our New Patient Exam includes digital X-rays, oral cancer screening and a consultation with the doctor. See our New Patient Special offer to the right. Our goal is to keep dental treatment to a minimum by preventing problems from occurring in the first place.
Our 3D dental scanner provides detailed images of the entire mouth and jaw with a 360° view. Dental lasers are used for various procedures, including gum disease treatment and TMJ therapy. The doctors use special growth proteins extracted from the patient's own blood to help reduce post-treatment discomfort and speed healing.
Pooja and Chad Kasperowski and their staff welcome patients of all ages, and they can provide treatment for almost any dental problem in their own comfortable office. We believe that a person's overall wellness is strongly impacted by their oral health. Drs. Chad and Pooja and our staff love helping people maintain or regain good oral health.
An improperly functioning or misaligned jaw joint (TMJ) can cause chronic headaches and other types of pain. TMJ problems can be caused by injuries, a poor bite, stress, or by teeth clenching and grinding (for example during sleep). Dr. Chad treats TMJ disorders (also known as TMD) as well as the headaches that are often a result of TMJ issues.

My husband referred me to Dr. Kasperowski and I was really impressed. Everyone in the office was super friendly and professional, and the settings were very clean, modern, Covid-safe, and comfortable. Brittney, my hygienist, was so nice and thorough, and the cleaning wasn’t painful at all. Dr. Kasperowski made some adjustments to my night guard, and took his time talking to me and explaining what caused some of my dental issues. I never felt rushed or nervous. The check in and check out ladies were very nice too. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office!

I love Dr. Kasperowski’s office! The atmosphere is simply amazing. Every single person there has a smile on their face. You can tell they all genuinely love what they do. Dr. Kasperowski is very knowledgeable and makes it all so easy to understand. Definitely the best dental experience ever. And the digital smile design is a must!

9/15/2021 - UPDATE - I got Invisalign yesterday from Dr. PK, and not only do I believe that it is great investment to correct misaligned teeth, but my advice to anyone is "DO THE PROPEL TREATMENT." Yesterday I was pretty sore from the Propel, and the trays pulling on my teeth, but your teeth move quicker post treatment. The trays today aren't as tight today as they were yesterday. I will say it again.....GREAT PEOPLE, nice office (aside from the Redskins stuff - Go COWBOYS!!) but these folks care about people.

Can’t recommend more highly. This is the best dental clinic and treatment I’ve ever received. COVID safe, high tech with all the latest tools to make the correct prognosis and offer patient choices. Nobody ‘likes’ going to the dentist but team Kasperowski make it as comfortable as possible. Outstanding!

This is such a wonderful dentistry! All of the staff is extremely warm and friendly. They always call to follow up on appointments, and send reminders prior to my appointment. All staff is extremely knowledgeable about the promotions, complimentary services, and surgical procedures. It's so great being able to speak to the receptionists and assistants regarding upcoming surgeries or procedures.

Outstanding. I travel from DC to see this dentist. They are a husband and wife team. I see Dr. Pooja. She is amazing. The whole staff is outstanding. I hate the dentist I am extremely nervous. I have had dentists ask me to not return as I am too scared which makes it too hard to work on my teeth. This place takes it in stride. They calm and are very understand. Highly recommend. The place is clean. Quiet. Plenty of parking. You do have to pay up front. But they will submit the insurance firms for you.

I went through six (yes, SIX) dentists before I found one that could fix an incorrect filling. Due to that process, I came to not enjoy dentist visits. This office is amazing all around. The staff is organized and friendly. They are the only office to put me totally at ease when in the dentist's chair (no small feat). I'm provided with appointment reminders well in advance, am never kept waiting, and have never had a problem with billing. It may be concerning for some that they don't accept all insurance, but they will process it for you and I've never NOT been at least partially

While I have been a patient of Dr. Nardiello's ever since I moved to VA, this review is really for Dr. Kasperowski, who is fairly new to the practice. In a shameless plug for Dr. Nardiello, he is the official dentist for both the Washington Redskins and the Washington Nationals.
I first met Dr. Kasperowski when I went in for a cleaning last Wednesday, and found his demeanor to be very engaging, pleasant and gentle.
