I came here for the first time by necessity. My car had broken down in the parking lot behind the place, so I walked over there. I told them that my car wouldn't start, and a guy came over and checked my battery. They didn't even charge me. After not being able to start my car, we just decided to push our vehicle there, because we didn't want to pay for a tow. The manager (Scott?) told us that they weren't making any promises about looking at it that day. We told them that it was fine. It was 2 days before Christmas! As busy as he was, he ended up getting my car in,and FIXED on that same day!!

I am not satisfied with this Firestone, the one in Fort Myers Serves you very well. Time dodge firestone seems focus more on making money than satisfying customers. They keep adding unnecessary costs and not good in communication, installed another belt instead of driver seat belt. I may not go here again or i would only change the oil nothing else to listen them.

My mothers car was towed to this Firestone after an accident I told Jeff I ONLY wanted an estimate I did NOT want him to do any work without authorization! Jeff said he couldn't give us an estimate, he wouldn't know how much it would cost without ordering the parts and he would let us know.. Huh?!
