MCE was founded in 2009 by Ed Malmanis, PE after having provided environmental engineering and consulting services to industrial, commercial, and financial clients throughout the United States for more than 30 years. His experience as an Engineer and Manager in chemical plants and refineries, as Vice president of a National Remediation firm, and as a Principal Consultant for Environmental Assessments for a national consulting firm provides MCE a thorough and practical foundation for solving its Clients problems.

MCE has provided environmental regulatory services to industrial, utility, and property management clients since 2009, most of which MCE has served for many years supporting their programs to comply with air, water, and hazardous waste regulations affecting their operations.
MCE prepared new source air permit applications for Arizona concrete products plants, an asphalt production plant, and an aerospace manufacturing client and has supported their follow-up compliance, modification, and reporting requirements, including responding to Notices of Violation (NOVs) from regulatory agencies.
