Please contact us if you would like a Rental Application mailed to you. Please fill out the rental applications completely, sign and date. Paystubs and income documentation must accompany the Rental Application for all members of the household who are 18 years of age or older. This community also has an affordable rental program.

Cute little apartment for small families or if your looking for something temporary. If you have a lot of kids don’t bother the smaller rooms are so tiny you can’t even fit a full size dresser you have to stick them inside the closets to make space for the kids to at least play around. The bath tub constantly peels every single year and many others living in the area cause I sure have asked around. In the beginning they told me not to use bleach, or any type of scrubber cause it will cause the peeling. I stopped using bleach. I just spray it down and rinse and no matter what still peels!! Idk

I've been here for many years. When I first moved here in the late 80s this place was 5stars. The grounds were maintained by Colonial Maintenance employees. It was beautiful. Repairs were done by same group of guys. They were the best. The Property Manager had high standards & it showed.
Now to present. Sadly standards have dropped exceedingly. It's looks like many tenants are having "tag sales" in front of their front and back yards. It actually is looking like "the projects". Cars in parking lots of people getting high who don't live here.
