I decided to hire Law Offices of Trupti N Patel & Associates in January of 2019 after consulting with (paying consultation fees as well) 3 other immigration attorneys whom I did not really find knowledgeable enough in my particular issue. My case was specifically filing i-485 through employment where I had an approved i-140 with a prior attorney but decided to pull out for reasons that can't be disclosed here. Anyhow, I worked with Chiara St. Pierre most of the time, and unlike some other reviewers in here have said, I found everyone in the office very nice, communicative and pleasant to work with

I had a terrible experience with the Lawyer Trupti and Lawyer Joana. Such unprofessionalism was demonstrated by both of them. They came in the meeting literally 13 minutes after the time. Then lawyer Trupti left the conference room a few times. I came to the office to feel confident but the way they were all yelling at each other, i was feeling extreme anxiety. The girl at the reception was so loud that i couldn't focus in the meeting. Trupti kept zoning out of the context and and wasted the whole hour so they can charge me for that time. Above all, their credit card machine is so skeptical. First
