When EE receives a contract or proposal for an environmental project, our goal is to reduce the cost associated with environmental permitting, investigation, and remediation by working with regulatory agencies and our clients to perform only what is required. We seek to reduce the scope of each project as much as practical while satisfying any and all regulatory requirements.

EE has witnessed many such circumstances ending in dispute. As the Engineer and the contractor battle over who is to blame, the Owner suffers.
