Ryan is a very knowledgeable, kind and fun agent. He made my experience home buying so easy and fun at the same time. I never imagined that would be the experience.

First time homebuyer here who started the hunt and closed on a house all during a pandemic. i imagine ryan had to do quite a bit of adjustments given the many covid restrictions but the process felt very smooth and natural to me so his implementation and adaptability was excellent.
we saw a ton of properties in hayward, castro valley, and union city, all of which ryan accompanied us to because of covid guidelines, and he was endlessly patient and accommodating throughout the many many showings. we voiced what we were looking for in a home, of course, but he also noticed preferences on his own

Ryan is an amazing individual and we are so happy that we partnered with him to find our home in Alameda. We searched the entire East Bay trying to find a place that best fit our family. We absolutely love the townhouse and expect to find a bigger home in Alameda in 5 years once we grow out of this one, but for now, this is perfect for us. My wife and I first met Ryan Dunn in March 2016, immediately after the sale of our first condo in another area.
