Are you a New Client? Here at All Creatures Animal Hospital, we always welcome new clients and patients to our full service veterinary practice in Orlando. Everyone was so, so nice. Each person patiently took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, offer multiple solutions. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Appointment and walk-in times are between 9:15 AM to 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, but vary depending on the volume of patients.
If travel, thunder, or fireworks upset your pet, he or she may benefit from tranquilization or sedation. While sedated, the animal will stay awake or sleep lightly but can be. Reading all of the previous reviews it's says "staff was very friendly." I didn't get that, I felt sort of disregarded in a way. I notice that when the other patron walked in they were very enthusiastic toward him and very kind. I was just as cordial as the gentleman that walked in after me, why was I greeted in such a different manner? I really didn't want to write such a negative review, but my experience really left me feeling ignored. I'm pretty sure Doctor Kim is stellar at his job, but some of the staff killed it for me. Never spend your dollars where your presence is unwanted, take you business
