We offer a variety of services and are centrally located in the West Knoxville area at Northshore Drive and Morrell Road. Rocky Hill Animal Hospital strives to provide everything you would need for your pet. From boarding and bathing to food and prescription pickups, we aim to make taking care of your pet easy and convenient. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash and checks. Another payment option is CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that allows your pet to get veterinary care when they need it.
We strive to provide loving care for our guests while their pet parents are away. Our staff is focused on keeping your pet happy while you are gone. You can bring your own pet's food or we feed Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Skin and Stomach food. You can bring any treats or toys that will help your pet feel more comfortable while boarding.
Each bath done by our groomers includes a nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, a full head-to-toe bath with one of our great smelling shampoos, and a quick brush out. ...I was uber stressed out about some medical issues, concerning my SnootPie = my sweetie pie, heart of hearts, Chihuahua, who is an extremely fragile senior, (which is to say, that she's old enough to know better, but too young to care. Lol), with very delicate health.....so on a stress scale of 1-10, I was probably running at a consistent 8-12 or thereabouts, due to some of her medical issues flaring up recently...

We just moved back to Knoxville and were looking for a vet in the area. I stumbled upon Rocky Hill from google reviews. I made an appointment late last week for an appointment today (Tuesday). I specifically asked if I would be able to come in to meet the vet and the techs since this was our first visit and my entire visit was basically a meet and greet. Today when I arrived I called the number and explained I had an appointment and was told we could come in. I have been using Rocky Hill since my previous veterinarian’s office closed. They have been wonderful to my babies as well as great with explaining things and answering any questions I have. Their APP is also very convenient for scheduling appointments, asking questions, following your pet’s care, etc., pricing is also very reasonable. I am grateful to have found them and appreciate the care they provide for my fur family!

Rocky Hill Animal Hospital took great care of Memphis when he needed several teeth removed in January. It was nice to see that they are following strict guidelines and are using safe curbside services during… these trying times. When we picked up him from surgery the Doctor carried Memphis in her arms out to us in the rain and then reassured us everything went fine. It’s great to have this Animal Hospital in our community. ❤️👍

We have been taking our pug, Ming, to Rocky Hill Animal Hospital since we moved to Knoxville about 2 years ago. I feel so lucky to have our beloved pug going to such a wonderful vet with such a lovely staff. They treat Ming so well and are always very professional and affordable for the services they offer. Every staff member that works there is always so sweet. Ming had to get her teeth cleaned again this year and I always get so nervous because of her having to get put under anesthesia. There is no need to worry though because they always take such good care of her. I highly recommend them for

We are SO thankful for the love and care you provide to our boys. Meagan took care of Luke (dookie) during a tooth extraction and he came home smelling like her which is SO comforting knowing she was cuddling… him. Maybe she was just leaning over him cleaning his teeth but I like to consider the cuddles.
We also love Dr Kristi and how amazing she is. Willing to answer our millions of questions. All the techs and staff who work here are amazing and truly go above and beyond. I often feel like We are bugging you all but you all truly are the best.

Today, I took Apollo to get neutered and chipped. The manner in which they took care of him, called me after the surgery to let me know it went well, etc. was wonderful. Meghan took great time in properly… outlining the instructions associated with the procedures. She’s a wonderful asset to this fantastic staff. Thank you. (Picture added for fun)

Dr Jetter and the entire staff at Rocky Hill Animal Hospital are just spectacular!!! Very aware of the COVID-19 restrictions and following to a T!! Call upon arrival call and they send someone out for your pet, you stay in the car and wait. Dominick went for an annual checkup and Dr Jetter came out after the exam to explain findings, if any. Great staff and exceptional service!!! Highly recommend them for all your pet's medical and grooming needs!!!! Thank you!!

I had a terrible experience with Banfield so I asked the for suggestions on social media. An overwhelming majority suggested Rocky Hill Animal Hospital. I see why. They were kind to my dog, helpful and courteous to me. I could not be happier with my choice. My only regret is not bringing my baby to them first.

They have always done a great job and are very caring with my freaked out cats! Now with Covid-19 they have really stepped it up. No one is allowed it the office the vet tech comes to your car to retrieve your animal and then the veterinarian either comes out to speak with you or calls you on the phone and they're able to take payment over the phone so very little contact is needed! Everyone was wearing masks. highly recommend!

My mom and I brought my senior dog here for her first ever true grooming. Coming from an abusive background, she doesn't do well with anyone... But the second that Haley, one of the groomers, came out to meet her, her tail kept wagging, even when I handed her over to Haley. She did better than expected and didn't even have to be put under anesthesia as I had originally thought, just given a chill pill. She looks great and feels great with her first ever haircut, and it was an amazing price. $55! Thank you very much Rocky Hill! Everyone there was an absolute pleasure. We'll definitely be back! â
