Zell & Associates Appraisers

Zell & Associates was established in 1989 by Craig Zell and was an outgrowth of a primarily residential appraisal company. The focus of Craig and several others was more commercial and land development property that was more complex. We are a small company that specializes in complex land appraisals, subdivisions, townhouse and condominium projects as well as industrial and office properties.

We strive to provide professional solutions to the myriad of real estate challenges. Our experience covers a wide spectrum from engineering to home building and marketing. With over 38 years of appraisal training and experience, we can usually provide our clients with the proper blend of timely performance, professional analysis and competitive fees.
