Phil focuses 100% of his practice on the representation of injured workers in all aspects of the Ohio Workers' Compensation system. His practice includes administrative hearings as well as the representation of clients in the Courts of Common Pleas throughout the state of Ohio. To date, Phil has participated in thousands of administrative hearings.
Jason E. Starling handles the firm's labor and employment matters. He represents exclusively employees and unions in their labor and employment disputes. As a true believer in protecting the rights of employees and labor unions, Jason takes pride in representing his clients to the best of his ability and he also takes personal satisfaction in every case he accepts.
Kaitlin generally practices in the area of Workers' Compensation. Her Workers' Compensation practice primarily consists of representing clients at administrative hearings, advising clients on Workers' Comp. Before practicing as an Attorney at Willis Spangler Starling, Kaitlin was a law clerk for Willis Spangler Starling for two years in the Workers' Compensation section.
Tyler focuses his practice solely on the representation of injured workers in all aspects of the Ohio Workers' Compensation system. His practice includes administrative hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission as well as the representation of clients in the Courts of Common Pleas throughout the state of Ohio.

I had the pleasure of working with one of the attorneys Britton Hicks. I couldn't have chosen anyone better to represent me. The process wasn't easy but Britton and her paralegal Brittany were awesome. They were professional and helpful even when I just called because my anxiety got the best of me. Most importantly when it was time to go to court for my hearing Britton was amazing and really fought for me. For that I will forever be grateful.

I have a 1994 workers compensation claim. I spoke with Kelly Willis, Phil Spangler and Tyler I have been transferred to Tyler with his paralegal Maggie. I write reviews once in a awhile to acknowledge great customer service . I have never taken the time to leave a bad review before. I have my opinions however, opinions are not facts. So this review is strictly on the result. The result is a fact. For a fact they estimated my settlement should come in around $30,000 easily.
I got $3,400 Oops !
$600 of my settlement went to a doctor that the law firm sent me to approximately a dozen times. It was a two hour commute and they never even attempted to treat it. A total waste of my time Just a compliance to keep things moving. So that was money well

I have been lucky enough to work with this firm professionally so of course when I was in need for a probate attorney I turned to them. Britton Hicks made everything very clear and easy to understand. I felt that she had our best interest at heart and answered all of our questions.
