In New Mexico, if you are injured on the job, you are entitled to payment of your medical expenses, payment of your lost time from work, and payment of one-half of your attorney's fees by the Employer and their Insurer. Mark is an exceptional attorney and I can say the same for his team as well. He handled my case as if it were his own and he was upfront about the whole process along the way, answering all my questions honestly.
