For more than two decades, I have represented ordinary people in lawsuits against car dealers, mobile home dealers, banks and other lenders, and debt collectors who have lied to them and stolen their hard-earned money. You buy a vehicle that was wrecked before your purchase, but the car dealer did not tell you the vehicle was wrecked. I had an issue with a local car dealership concerning a used car purchase. I read on Feferman, Warren and Mattison's web site that they have experience with dealerships, so I sent them an email. The office responded quickly. I spoke with Nick Mattison about my situation. Mr. Mattison listened very well to everything I had to say and had a clear understanding of my situation.
