Shortly after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984, a young Dr. Mark B. Casteel saw the need for quality Chiropractic care in Philipsburg and the Moshannon Valley area due to the fact that many families from this region were traveling to Clearfield, Pa to see his father, Dr. Donald Casteel, who established his Chiropractic practice in 1952.
I originally started as a patient with Casteel Chiropractic Clinic and then was hired as a chiropractic assistant. I have worked here for over 20 years. I am the Office Manager and the insurance billing specialist. It's been extremely enjoyable being involved in Chiropractic and sharing it's healing process with our community.

I am excited to join my family's practice as a third generation chiropractor. My grandfather, Dr. Don Casteel became a chiropractor 60 years ago and my father, Dr. Mark Casteel followed his footsteps 30 years ago.
