Terrible service. Had transmission fully redone, had to bring back 6 months later with problems. Car is never ready when they say it will be, and I had to call them trying to get an update. They tell you one thing on the phone, then you get there and it’s a whole different story. They told me my car was ready to pick up. I show up, pay. THEN they tell me I’m going to have to bring it back in because everything is not done and there’s a problem with a belt.
I ended up having a trusted family friend that is a mechanic (visiting from out of state) take a look, they advised the work was shoddy

I had taken my car to two other shops and no one was sure if there was even a problem. I decided to go to Durabild, because they fixed our Minivan about 8 years ago. They gave me a few options to choose from and expressed that they knew what was wrong with my car. I decided to get everything replaced and had to wait about six weeks for the parts to come from Germany. They didn't get upset when I called to check the status and even notified me when the parts came in. These types of repairs can be costly, but depending on what's wrong. I had a warranty issue with the transmission in my 2012 F250 that was put in and Skip and his team took care of the issue no questions asked and he also searched for a used transmission with the lowest possible miles he could find. They stood behind their work and treated me with respect while doing so. Highly recommend them for any repair.

Second time I go to these guys; they over deliver which is weird to say about a mechanic shop. Affordable, honest, and quick. I'd recommend trying them! They fixed my transmission for $1000 less than other quotes and I'm picking up my car now after some maintenance work. They were recommended to me and now I'm recommending then to anyone reading this!!

I brought my Jeep Tjs 5 speed tranmission in for a rebuild and got a call several days later saying they completely took it apart and can't get the parts to put it back together. They charged me labor and returned my transmission in a 100 pieces. Not being able to fix it is understandable. Ripping it apart before checking on part availability is another thing. I will not give them any more business.
