I’ve been living here for 4 months now and while living here is definitely nice the amount of times the fire alarm has gone off is absolutely ridiculous! It’s gotten so bad where to the point my toddler is terrified of sleeping in their own room due to the fear of being woken up by the loud fire alarm at night. This has been happening every month I’ve been living here , Just this week the fire alarm has gone off twice! It’s also ridiculous that no one has spoken to us or addressed this issue and we stay uniformed of wether it’s a technical issue or not. How can my family live comfortably

Management is not responsive. We moved out 2 months ago but we have not received our security deposit yet. No one answers the phone, no one answers email, their voice mailbox is always full. We cannot get hold of anyone about our security deposit.

I've moving out for 2 month now! And just receive half deposit without any explain. Try to contact manage office, they said i have balance left, but i already pay for all with my bank history. I have send them transfer history, and then they do not answer calling/voicemail box/email. I have no way to contact with them!!!! Never answer phone or give feedback for my email!

I was planning to lease one of the apartments and thanks God I changed my mind. They are still holding my deposit and they state they can not find my account. Hundreds of calls and msg without any answer. This place is an scam

Management??? So rude and disrespectful, not helpful and if you get packages please pick them up as they arrive or else you’ll never find it and if you ask the leasing office to look into it sorry they will not go back and forth. Worst experience ever.

Very poor management. No one knows what’s going on. It’s been over a month and I am still waiting for my security deposit. I lived there for 2 years and never missed a payment and paid on time. But now don’t seem to know where’s my money.

Since I moved to Chase I have had the best experience of all the condos I've lived in. I needed the maintenance service twice and they were fast and 100% efficient in solving my problem. Everything around here is always very clean and organized. No doubt that living here in this apartment complex you will have comfort, security and convenience. Sarah Jones was my rental specialist. She is an excellent professional and made the whole moving process happen smoothly and without any stress. In case anyone is interested in living here I strongly recommend talking to her.

There is literally raw sewage coming out of my mothers bathroom. we have put in work orders to no avail and it is starting to make us physically sick ong with my 11 yr old nephew. this place is a scam, they don't tell you that you have to pay for the "amenities". Not to mention that management is rude and does not follow through. I will be contacting a plumber not affiliated with them and they will tell me exactly what is wrong and then I will have them billed for it. I highly, DO NOT recommend this horrible place. sorry not sorry

I highly recommend that you avoid the Chase. We ignored all terrible reviews, and we have regretted that decision since. The "amenities" are only attractive at the surface. The shuttles are inconsistent. The pool areas are not well managed, and there is loud music and partying constantly. The fitness areas have broken equipment and are dirty. The… lounge areas inside and outside are filled with parties and people that use the space all to themselves for hours at time with no regard for others. There is no visitor parking because residents park there to avoid parking spot fee.

I have lived here for the past 8 months and now it is time for my review. I will try to be fair, as I always am. First, let’s talk about what is good or above average: the apartments are all fairly new, they come with the washer/dryer pre-installed (at least mine did), the neighbors are ok, but you might encounter the rude northeastern attitude at… the gym or the loud idiot talking on the phone thru the speaker at the business office (true story) instead of respecting that there are other people trying to work... but generally it's ok.

To all future residents or interested future tenants. Be very careful and think about it a thousand times before deciding to move. For The management company, I want you to know that my partner is very… disappointed, despite some bad reviews already on google. I took the time to convince him to agree to accept the offer to move to overlook, which I regret every day of my life.
I want you to know that in this apartment, only two people live. One travels two or three days a week out of town. The other two days work overnight in a hospital. Hence, most of the time, the apartment is empty, our

Don't let the leasing office fool you, they are super nice and helpful, however they only deal with getting you in the apartment and resident events. All other issues are handled by their horrible management company. They are extremely slow to respond and less than helpful. Trust all the 1 star reviews, we wish we did when we signed our lease.

Between the packages being stolen from the mail area and the person who chronically allows it’s dog to urinate in the elevator and not clean it up, I’ve had it. We pay too much money to live in a kind of place where this behavior is allowed to go on. Management needs to find out who the culprits are and kick them out.
