Steve Schneider has over 30 years of experience successfully handling a broad range of complex business disputes and litigation matters. He is experienced in trials, appeals, arbitration, mediation and settlement of complex controversies in state and federal courts.

Subject matters have included business torts, contract disputes, loan disputes, real estate transactions, partnership and shareholder disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, employment disputes, fraud, fiduciary duties, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage, bad faith insurance practices, and trade secret violations.He has also been trained as a mediator.
Stuart Reynolds began his law practice at a large firm in New York City, where he gained extensive experience in antitrust, securities and financial institution law. A member of the state bar of Texas since 1984, Stuart has a broad range of experience in complex business litigation, and, based on his jury trial experience, is an Associate in the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Represent and advise clients on antitrust issues arising in joint ventures and e-commerce business relationships; advise corporate clients on antitrust implications of proposed conduct or transactions; represent clients in antitrust litigation.

Represent individuals and businesses as plaintiffs or defendants in disputes involving all types of business relationships and transactions, including contracts, misrepresentation, fraud, fiduciary duties, professional negligence, or business torts.Our experience encompasses the growth of compulsory arbitration provisions in contracts affecting many business transactions and business relationships.
