Can't thank Casey enough for his knowledge of mowers and his superior customer service. After only using standard riding mowers, I bought a zero-turn from Casey. Having never used a zero-turn mower before it was comforting knowing I was able to ask him any questions I had. His customer service goes above and beyond what is/was expected. This is an exceptional business in all ways. Knowledgeable, great service, terrific communication. Casey is an honest and fair business owner who even sent me some money for a used lawn mower that I gave him but he sold later. That just doesn't happen anymore. I highly recommend Burns Full Service to everyone and I only gave them 5 stars because I couldn't give them 10!
