Had routine brake job completed, was charged a full 2 hours labor for one axle, which seems excessive considering they were just replacing everything with cheap aftermarket parts. Oh well, was leaving the lot when I realized my radio did not turn on. No big deal, just asked Chris to make the situation right, (as in keep the car and fix it, because the radio was working when I dropped the car off). This ended in him offering a wiring diagram and threw his hands up in the air, saying "don't know what else you want me to do?" I drove away and later discovered these clowns managed to unplug a grounding

I run a Automotive repair facility in Colorado Springs and needed to get some repair work done on my niece's 2010 Ford Escape. Chris and the ASE certified Technician's at CRT were of the highest quality and standards I've had the pleasure of doing business with in my 20+ years of experience. All their prices were right in line with industry margins and the workmanship and attitudes of everyone makes this shop an absolute gem, I feel lucky to have found them. -5 stars guys!! Bravo

It's not a terrible auto shop. They did an all right job replacing my stripped oil drain plug and changing my oil. However, their waiting room is very dirty and their work space is also rather grungy. I don't feel very comfortable having my truck worked on in such a dirty environment. I have found other shops in the area that have much cleaner waiting rooms and are altogether more professional, so it is unlikely that I will return to CTR.

My car, a 2010 Kia Forte, has been loud for a while, so I brought it into CTR. After some diagnostic work, they told me it was an issue with the exhaust and that they could order the part(s) necessary and be able to fix the issue once they arrived. The price was reasonable at around $1200, so I agreed.
Today, the parts arrived, so I dropped off the vehicle. They later called me to let me know that the repairs were done, and it was much cheaper than expected, as they were able to fix the exhaust I had, despite already ordering a new one.

Took my truck to CTR and pointed them in the direction of what I thought was wrong. (I am not a mechanic) Let them know what my budget was and told them to let me know. The crew at CTR told me everything that was wrong and the essential things that needed to be fixed to keep me safe. Unlike big chain mechanics where it's oh this is all essential or we can't fix without doing this first. The crew listed to what I wanted and kept it within my budget. The crew at CTR is great and have already started to recommend them to others.

Excellent service, every time. I've been in here a few times with a few different cars, and each time I've had a great experience. Most recently, I brought in my Focus ST to get new tires installed. I came in for a quote on Tuesday at about 5PM, and by Wednesday at 5PM I was driving away with the new tires which had been ordered in the day before.

I've had my car serviced here several times and have always been very pleased. I just had my thermostat replaced and felt the air coming out still wasn't warm when I picked it up. I brought my car back right away and they fixed the issue right then and there, and reimbursed me for the inconvenience. These guys are honest and their customer service has always been friendly and informative. I drive down to this shop all the way from Madison and will continue to do so for future repairs. 5 stars all around.

Driving through Janesville I blew a brake line on my truck pulling my camper. This was the only shop that would take me on such short notice. Went to 6 different places before them. They got me in , fixed my truck and got me back on the road in under 2 hours. Great great people , great price. Highly recommend. Thank you guys again.
