Growing up in the Buckeye State working in the hay fields as a kid or playing sports, I have never been a stranger to hard work. I have always believed that hard work is the only work that will get you the results that you want to achieve in life. Going on 20 years of experience, I still love teaching a healthy lifestyle and making appositive impact in my clients' lives.
Whether the mat sequence is prescribed series (the Series in the order Joseph Pilates dictated) or free-form, Pilates mat is an awesome foundation for your strength, and posture. The habits you develop are transferrable to any class you take and into daily life. The core is activated and organized before each movement so that movement is generated starting at the core, moving then to the limbs.

Friendly personnel and great facility. Much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Very well equipped with free weights, weight training machines, cardio machines, etc. But my main reason for granting 5 stars is its friendly personnel. All my interactions were very pleasant and they would be helpful to take care of any issue I mentioned to them.
I signed up short term to cross train while I recovered from a mild running injury so i was mostly focused on the cardio machines. I great experience.

Nice spacious gym. Looks like it has had some updates.
On-site they have all the typical equipment. Looks like there is also spa and cryotherapy options on site.
For Covid protocols here, you wear your mask and members check their temperature at the entrance.
Beverages and snacks at the entrance. There is also some athletic wear for sale.
It's it the same plaza and Office Depot. There is also opening soon a health food store in the same plaza.

Absolutely love this place! Not your typical dull, unfriendly crew with no personality that you're forced to endure everytime you check in; Latiska and her team are delightful and always welcoming whenever I walk in the door. They have created a community-like atmosphere, and I look forward to not only going to the gym but also to see them.
I've lived here almost three years and have a corporate gym membership, but just as Phase 1 reopening started, I discovered Upload while at the barbershop next door. I went in for a workout. I enjoyed the experience so much and the pricing was super

This is the worst managed gym I've seen in my 20 years of going to various health clubs and even managing one. On Oct 5th I was working out on the adductor machine and no was around me for at least 10 feet so I took my mask off to drink water and the manger Latiska Patterson quickly walks up to me, gets within about 3feet, and rudely tells me that'… s unacceptable and I need to have my mask on. So I told her I'm not able to drink water with my mask on. To which she replies something about how it's their rules and I don't have a right to be a member there. I had about enough of her harassment

This gym is always clean, the machines are in great condition, great cardio area.... I've been to other gyms in the area just to switch it up but always end up coming back here. The staff is particularly friendly. There's one kid (Houston or Hunter?) who's always super friendly and willing to answer questions, help with any issues. Highly recommend

I have been going to Pivotal and now Upload for a number of years. The gym has been through a number of owners and staff changes, some good some not so much. Still, some give a smile when I walk in the door, but some don't even notice. A lot of the equipment is old BUT with the new owners is nice to see some improvements (painted ceiling, thank you) and some new equipment. Please continue to update. My gym in Connecticut continually updates and adds new equipment, making it feel fresh and maintained. Upload could use that attention.

Very happy overall. A place that has all the basics that many places (especially free apartment gyms) lack like squat racks, bench press, pullup assist, etc. I specifically sought out a gym with these basic items, but they also have a Crossfit type area if that's your thing.
It seems to have tons of other machine stuff that I don't touch as well.
The staff is friendly and the $30 a month is very reasonable.
I can't speak for busy times, which I avoid, but at 1pm-3pm this place is nice and open, with only a few others. I feel like the gym is mine.

This location has changed hands quite a few times. I initially started there when it was Tangerine's (or something like that), then the Firm, which was the same but better management, then Pivotal which was the first big change. Interior and exterior aesthetic changes with all new equipment. I moved west and decided after a couple years to go back and check out the new "UpLoad Fitness".
It's the exact same thing as Pivotal Fitness. All the equipment is the same as before. Even the broken items I complained about 2-3 years ago are still broken. The arm cycle is unusable, one

I like upload fitness. The equipment is good and clean. The place itself is well kept and the staff is very friendly.
It has a nice layout which helps keep it feeling like it's not busy even when it's busy.
The one thing I do not like is the locker rooms . They are lacking compared to the rest of the gym and the price point . The layout is kind of odd and it does not have a certain feel other gyms do. Also there is no sauna or steam room which is disappointing.
The classes at upload fitness set this gym apart. They offer a variety and have great instructors. The yoga classes are especially

3 stars means A-OK and I guess if you are there for basic training it works. I have been a member of Pivotal, the gym they bought out, for over 8 years. They have taken away my membership to classes and now for an additional $80/mo I may attend 10 classes. I just feel deflated.
The staff is really nice though. They don't make the rules they just deliver the bad news.

Fine for a basic gym as long as you do the base membership. The plus side is if you sign up for a class, you will probably have a private session as they are so empty. Their solution to empty classes was to change their names and restrict access to the equipment available in the classes. This latest move to take away options really soured me on this place. If you "reward" your clients by taking away options, that tells you a lot about how this place is run. I would have asked my clients what kind of classes they wanted and tried to offer those.

What once was a great gym is no longer. They are slowly taking away what makes them stand out from the rest.
The gym used to allow spin bike selection on their app. This is no longer. They used to allow use of personal training area, this as well is no longer.
Once we take away all of the benefits, you become a box gym, just like the competition. It's really sad because I really did enjoy upload before they started talking away what made them stand out. Sometimes the little things mean a lot.

I've been living here for a while now, but have had a lot of trouble finding the right gym. I went to LA fitness first because I really enjoyed going there in another city, but was so put off by how dirty this local facility was that I knew that wouldn't work. I tried a local crossfit gym that I liked, but I wasn't always wanting that kind of intensity. This was when a coworker told me to try Upload.
The front desk was warm and friendly, showing my husband and me the facility. They invited us to try one of their many classes. The gym was busy, but not overly crowded. We decided

I've been at this gym since the construction of Pivotal (Now Upload). I used to go to LA Fitness and what made me move to a smaller gym was hoping that the staff would pay more attention to the cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
I give it just an average score because even though they have gone through changes in the interior look and edited out the equipment, it still needs to improve a bit. There should be always paper towels and enough sprayers to wipe down equipment.
I do wish there was a closed off wall to the classes. I feel that the classes they hold are given more priority

I have been a member here for a few years under the previous owners. The gym was recently bought and is already undergoing noticeable improvements. The locker rooms were in serious need of attention and the problems have been resolved.
I am happy to see issues being addressed and hear of plans for more improvements. It seems the new owners listen and respond to customer feedback. I did not always feel this way in the past. Value is important to me, so these improvements will be welcome, as this gym is at a higher membership price point.
Customer service continues to be great as the new owners

Great gym! Exactly what I was looking for.
Me: Workout for lifestyle. 4 days a week. 40 - 60 mins. Weights, cardio, Crossfit.
Staff:
Julia, Marcel, Jason... I could go on and on... the whole staff is great! Not only do they say hi to me when I walk in, but they address me by name, and always ask about my day. That kind of customer service is what makes the difference and makes me feel welcome.
Price:
Not the cheapest, not the most expensive.
They are priced at a value very consistent with their product.
Equipment:
Always clean, and in good repair. Obviously things happen to equipment, but then
