From time to time we are all overwhelmed, under-supported, or feeling a bit lost. I am here to join with you in finding some relief from these problems. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I have been a practicing therapist since 2007.
Contact me with your information and I'd be happy to connect with you either by email or phone, whichever you prefer, to discus your specific questions and concerns before scheduling an appointment. I understand that a great amount of comfort can be gained simply by hearing a person's voice.

Services
I offer conversations directed at moving individuals, couples, and families toward preferred ways of living and experiencing one another. I believe that we each deserve to see ourselves in rich and meaningful ways, but that problems often step into our lives and attempt to change the way we see ourselves and our futures.
I hold dual licenses as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensend Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California. I earned my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have been a practicing therapist since 2007. I am also an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine's Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Irvine.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for those in financial need. Just give me a call and I'll let you know if any reduced fee spaces are currently available. While I do not directly accept insurance, my services may still be covered in full, or in part, by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
We've all come to know the experience of the blues, being down, heartbreak, disappointment, sadness, or what some might even call depression. All too often the worst part of the experience isn't even the sadness or the bad feelings themselves, but rather the way sadness is able to change the way we see ourselves, our past, and our hope for the future.
