After having several garages unwilling to evaluate the issue with my engine, these guys were willing to diagnose immediately. They kept me abreast of all the details, explained every step, and even counseled me on how to approach the manufacturer to have the repair covered.
Even though I had to take it to the dealer to have the repair (as required by manufacturer), they prepared a full report of their diagnosis to ensure I had my problems addressed.I will be using them in the future as they are clearly focused on gaining customers and not just making a sale. They will pick you up, or drop you off, offer loaner vehicles, and several times, my vehicle has needed something done to it, after hours, and I've dropped it off, used the key drop with and explanation, and they worked it into the next days schedule!I have been to other establishments, and been very disappointed, from padding the bill, to no contact, or ev n just didn't fix the problem.
