I had my left front brake line fail and had to have my car towed. When I called Schade's, Bill explained that at that time, they were pretty booked up for the next few days but they would get it taken care of as soon as possible! Sure enough a few days later, I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up.
Schade's has always taken care of our family and when the car leaves the shop it doesn't visit back till the next oil change is due. They are super professional and get things done right the first time. We were simply amazed they could and would help us so quickly, politely, and inexpensively as well.

While on our way to see my mother in Cleveland, last weekend an oil pan that had not been properly reattached by our dealership following an oil change came off and forced us off the turnpike to seek help. Schade's quickly found a temporary fix to the problem, enabling us to get back on the road in 30 minutes and did not charge us for the service.One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!

STEER CLEAR! I brought my car in to get my transmission fixed, they called me listed all these small problems that I could of fixed myself and charged me $1,042. I was fine with it because they told me that would fix my problem. As soon as I pick my car up I almost got hit on RT 30 because the same problem occured and my car was reving up to 4500 rpms and not moving and it was scary. I go back to confront them and all Bill says is we fixed what you wanted us to fix. What? No I brought it for you to fix what NEEDED to be fixed. They said they drove if after it was "fixed" but never said anything

Professional, honest service. I had work done by another local shop that rhymes with Hevin Kunter and turns out all the parts that were installed (that I was charged for as new) were old and failed within a month. Schades got me back on the road and even took pictures of the parts so I could return to said Kunter and recoup losses. Needless to say, you get what you pay for. Schades has a customer for life in me. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Absolutely wonderful! I’ve taken my car to them several times now, and they’ve always been quick, kind, and have incredibly reasonable prices. I’ve never felt like they were tricking me into a service I didn’t need. They’re knowledgeable and willing to explain. They’re good about having availabilities, and do quick, work. Could not recommend anyone more!

Owner and service manager think they are better than everyone. Was offered a job, which I've worked in the automotive industry for 20+ years, and was treated like I just got out of school. Was never paid for the day I worked. These people are not professional at all. At least have the decency to pay someone no matter how long they work for you. Don't waste your time here!!!!

They were able to not only deal with the brake line that failed, but also checked the other lines to make sure they were safe as well as do my oil change that was needed all at the same time! I have always had great experiences with Schade’s and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable
