The guys and gals at harless was a huge help! We had an issue with our car that needed towed to a garage to get it fixed. Once the fella looked at our car he told us what was wrong with it and even went inside the garage and explained what he thought the problem was! They were quick courteous and professional we will definitely be using them again!!

I called Harless to come tow my car bc it wouldn't start . Once he got there it actually started up and he didnt charge me anything. I dont think any other company would get out in the middle of the night to come and tow a vehicle and not charge something. I tried to pay but he refused to take it! I hope he knows how much I appreciate what he did! Thank you!

To be fair I have not been to the garage nor have I myself spoken to any Harless employees, however, we were referred to them by the owner of car lot where my vehicle was purchased. This is a long time family friend and we absolutely trust his advice on the matter. Right before going on vacation for a week my car was towed to south point and my dad spoke to an employee over the phone, and he stressed to please only take a look and determine the exact issue, then once detected they'd discuss the next move. Well long story short my dad gave the green light to fix the problem causing it not to run
